Disclaimer: These are some educated guesses and assumptions on some of the things revealed by the releasing of the twitter algo source code. I might be mistaken about things. I have over 10 years of C# and Java coding experience. I don't know this language, and don't have access to a debugger to walk through it, but it seems to resemble the structures of Java.
