Better quality relationships are a healthy challenge. No matter where we are in our lives, we spontaneously get along with those who are at a similar stage of growth or healing - for better and for worse.

Forming intentions around higher quality relationships forces a demand upon ourselves: to bring more attention to the way we (might) connect with others. It highlights the obstacles in the way, and it sometimes compels us to sacrifice poorer quality things. Loss is a prerequisite to growth. Grow responsibly.
