WWE SOLD to Endeavor, to Merge with UFC

In a stunner (Project Stunner!) after Wrestlemania 39, WWE released news that they intend to merge with UFC, to be owned by current UFC owner Endeavor. Endeavor is an entertainment powerhouse, owning many production companies, agencies, and sports outlets. Vince McMahon will remain in power! Endeavor CEO Ari Emanuel will be CEO of the merged companies, which will be referred to on an interim basis as "NewCo" and listed as TKO. There are similarities to Lucasfilm being sold to Disney.
