device to convert static to pulsed DC

a modified electroscope that converts static charges into pulsed DC by having two connections, one leading from twin foils to antenna in air, the other a stiff plate next to the foils to an earth ground, (intended to pass through a coil so the pulse can be converted into a different voltage as a part of a dual primary coil with reverse windings to generate a DC pulse of a different voltage before it is passed back through the other coil to make another pulse but in reverse direction to generate AC current ultimately at a different step down or up voltage for use, This second pulse requires a second unit to allow the voltage to be dumped to a second one of these, before it shorts out and discharges back through the transformer on the second primary coil wound the opposite direction.
