Disgusting Behaviour or No Big Deal?

Here's a nasty one. As I finished riding along in an R32 GT-R last night, I decided to film the Nürburgring traffic jam and saw this scene unfold. Now don't get me wrong, I have nothing against smokers. I'd probably even only *sigh* when someone throws away their cigarette butt out the window on the Autobahn. But on a racetrack... or even "public toll road", that I love so much, it just hits differently. Just smoking in a nice track car in general, like wtf man. Let alone with potential fire hazards around you. What do you think, is this a no-no or am I overreacting?
