with S.WRAITH below #4 & #5), as we will be calling him as a Witness.
N) What is the unidentified COMMISSIONAIRES name who was with S.WRAITH at 8:07pm and
stayed for the vast majority of the 3-hour event? We request his contact information, as we
may call him as a Witness.

DEFENDANT: “Why didn’t Bylaw knock on my door? Cause Bylaw does that. This is a bylaw
complaint. So why is the officer knocking on my door before Bylaw does?”
ERBES: “That’s not the case. That's not how I understand it at all. Security interacted with you.”
DEFENDANT: “So then there was no Bylaw. So, security. You were with security and you
knocked on the door.”
ERBES: “The RCMP can enforce municipal bylaws.”

COMMISSIONAIRE S. WRAITH: “So, were, we’re coming here, we’re coming here to let you
know that ah, if you’re still here tomorrow morning it’s a Bylaw offense.”
