You find a great piece of furniture at an antique store for a great price. It needs to be refinished but overall it’s in good condition.

You then call a local woodworker to refinish it for you. And then proceed to pass out from the quote.

Why I do not offer refinishing services for antique furniture.

Refinishing antique furniture is very labor intensive so often you will pay more to have it restored than you paid for the piece.
