Change is inevitable, but how you see change and implement change within your church can be drastically different. In your mind the amount of people in your church should not change the God given vision for the church, but allow clear visibility of its effectiveness. Seek God before seeking a strategy or vision, what you would like may not be what God sees as necessary.
