When Your State Legislature Believes Two Wrongs Make It Right

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, finally gets a chance to circle back to the good folks in Oregon as even though their atrocious Ballot Measure 114 remains enjoined, that has not stopped the Oregon State Legislature from conspiring for an equally evil plan with SB 348. This bill, is just BM 114 in disguise. This is where the State of Oregon believes that if they pass this legislation via the legislative process, that somehow makes it more Constitutional.
