YOUTH LEADER GETS FIRED! / Pastor Bob's Coffee Break

Hello Pastor Bob: I am the Lead youth leader at my church. We have a family pastor that is over me. The church will not recognize me as the Youth Pastor as I have been in other churches. I am paid staff part time, but honestly I don’t care about the title. Recently this pastor and I had a disagreement about the gifts of the Spirit. Since then, it seems he is doing everything he can to get rid of me. This past Friday he fired me. Then I found out from the lead pastor that he can’t do that. I ended up not being fired. But this won’t help matters any. We think we’re safe in church and we let our guard down, but how do you think I should handle this? He doesn’t believe he is in the wrong.
