Louisiana State Rep Dodi Horton has District 9 in Louisiana . There are a lot of really good things I can say about representative Horton, but when you listen to her interview you will see them; but even more you'll see a down to earth person representing the people in her district in a caring, compassionate way that listens with her heart and mind. We need more elected officials like her.
