It's 2023 and if you weren't paying attention there was a coup in the USA in the summer of 2020 in the guise of the George Floyd protests. It was "The Purple Revolution" and we've been living in a post republic political reality, where many things seem the same but they're not. Unlike the brutal gulags of Bolshevik/Soviet Russia where the physical reality of life determined ones extreme level of suffering, our version is mental and psychological. Welcome to the soft gulag.
