OATH BREAKERS | HAPPILY VIOLATE RIGHTS | SPREAD COPAGANDA TO PUBLIC

This all started with a cop again a meeting of the city of Salem helping the homeless rather than the attack on the 1st Amendment as they have shown, with their own actions and behaviors over the last 3 and a 1/2 years on my channel. This meeting was held on January 31st. lucas Miller the chief of police, said a couple of concerning statements, one of the statements that really stuck out. One was that he thought the role of the police was at 1 point to tell people to move along from public areas. The 2nd was that he claims that role is now done with. As you will see in this vihe is a clueless leader and openly lies to the public as to what his officers do and how they treat the most vulnerable.
