Justice is Blind?

April 4th, 2023 the arraignment of former President Donald Trump will go down in US history as the first President to be criminally charged. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg who had campaigned on the prosecution of the former President has used the rule of law as his weapon of choice - although the crimes in question are past the statute of limitations. By all accounts, this shouldn't be happening as the Federal Government declined to prosecute the former President for 34 counts of falsifying business records in connection with the 2016 Presidential election. Since President Donald Trump's election, his political opponents have been on a crusade to never again permit him to take the Office of the President. Will they be successful? Will a conviction scheduled close the primaries in January 2024 be the glass ceiling former President Donald Trump needs to break through?
