After having broken every other form of precedent and civility, the Left has indicted and arraigned the one person they genuinely fear. But to the despair of the progressive base, there were no mugshots, no handcuffs and no 'perp-walk.' Bill is convinced that somebody realizes how powerful a symbol such a photo would be, and Steve and Scott pitch in to break down the raw COWARDICE displayed by indicting a former President and then being afraid to face the consequences.
