Artisans and labourers waiting for work outside Builders Warehouse in Tokai, and on 5th Avenue, Lotus River, Cape Town. With unemployment being high, artisans and labourers have been proactive in finding casual work by waiting alonside busy roads and outside suppliers of building materials in the hope of obtaining casual work.
