How I Am Investing In 2022 & Beyond - The 7 Key Areas We Will Invest In To Achieve Financial Freedom

In this video I share the top seven investments that I will personally make starting in 2022 to achieve financial freedom. The objective is to earn an ROI of US$7 million by age 65 and leverage compound interest to maximize my returns from all seven investments. I will then invest the amount accrued in a bond and live off the interest for the rest of my life. The seven primary investments that we will be making to achieve financial freedom include high quality dividends stocks such as Apple where we can leverage the increase in the stock price to make a return on our investment as well as benefits from dividend payments at the end of each year. The second investment will be in myself where I will participate in continuous learning through reading, online courses, coaching, and other methods to create a 1000% ROI. The third investment will be in bonds and the objective is to invest US$3000 per month accumulated for two years and leverage compound interest overtime. The third is a diversified index fund that pays at least 8% interest per year and our objective is to invest $1000 per month and reap $594,000 by the time we are age 65. The fifth option is to invest in real estate both commercial and residential where we will construct town houses for sale as well as warehouses for rental and for sale. The sixth investment will be in our retirement fund with an objective of increasing our monthly contribution to $1000 which will generate returns of $349,000 by retirement and the seventh investment is in cryptocurrency and our objective is to reap an ROI of $50,000 by investing in crypto.
