DO NOT SAVE YOUR MONEY IN THE BANK - Infomercial: If Banks Were Brutally Honest

In this video, I share using satire, and in the form of an infomercial, exactly what many banks would say if they were brutally honest with us. I share why you should not save but invest since interest rates in banks are less than 1% after charges and fees when compared to investing in stocks, bonds, types of mutual funds or unit trust that actually pay anywhere from 5% to 10% interest per annum. Investing in real estate that appreciates in value is also better than saving in a bank. It is impossible to accumulate wealth saving in a regular bank checking or savings account, and with the minimal deposit insurance coverage in most banks the risks are high for keeping your money there. Between bank transfer fees, ATM fees, Overdraft charges, High mortgage interest rates, high credit card rates and the extensive list of fees and charges that are applied to your money when it is in a bank, it is a means to keep you poor or broke.
