FF-26: panel discussion in honor of Steve Kubby

This panel is a tribute to the life of Steve Kubby (1946-2022). Steve was an activist for marijuana and played an important role in drafting California Proposition 215. He was a cancer patient in his early 20's. and used medical marijuana to stay healthy. He ran for Governor of California in 1998 and for President of the United States in 2008.
