Before Wayne Gretzky was number 99 on the ice and number 1 in your hearts.
Before Wayne earned for himself the title as THE GREAT ONE getting his hands on the Stanley Cup 4 Times in his career.
Before Wayne Gretzky famously Changed the game with the most used sports quote in history “ You miss 100% of the shots you don't take”
Before Gretzky would try his hand as the coach of the Phoenix Coyotes.
Before his daughter Paulina Gretzky’s Hollywood sightings and Instagram Photoshoots would have her receiving a lot of online love from men all over the world.

I wonder how Wayne feels knowing that these days he is sharing the hashtag of #TheGreatOne with his daughter online, I feel like that might be a little awkward.

The Great One holds that very title for good reason. Coming out of Brantford, Ontario this kid had already managed to score 1000 goals by the time he was 13 in the spring of 1974. In fact he was actually Nicknamed 'The White Tornado' for his white gloves and lightning speed, Gretzky scored an unheard of 378 goals during his final season of pee wee. A sign that he was just getting started. Prior to retiring his historical number 99 he won 4 NHL Stanley Cups in a four year back to back run with the Edmonton Oilers before being traded to several other teams for the remainder of his career. If you are a fan of hockey like I am this is certainly a life story your are certainly gonna love.
