Intellectuals Are Pseudo-Intellectuals

I wanted to talk about Thomas Sowell book on intellectuals and society and my thoughts about it. Intellectuals can come up with many ideas from the left to the right however what is the difference between pseudo-intellectuals and intellectuals? I don't think it's that large of a difference.
