Octopath Traveler 2 (PC) - Part 34: Osvald & Partitio Crossed Paths Part 1 + Cleric Guild & Shrine

Knocking out two birds with one stone in this episode! First we deal with another Crossed Paths chapter following Osvald and Partitio. In the city of New Delsta, Osvald reunites with his old academy friend Regulus who has invented an astronomical telescope, but needs funding and three parts to actually build it. So Partitio buys the parts from the townspeople, and Regulus sets off to Montwise to build it.

Because that story chapter was really short, I also use this opportunity to find the Cleric's Guild and the Altar of the Flamebringer afterwards! Both are located in a secluded chapel to the northwest in Borderfall. The Cleric's Guild allows you to use the Cleric as a secondary class, with extra licenses available for acquiring a High Priest's Amulet and a High Priest's Book of Scripture. The Altar of the Flamebringer is located within that same chapel through a hidden staircase on the left side, and will give Temenos the EX skill "Prayer For Plenty", which restores an ally's HP while ignoring their Max HP (meaning you could potentially heal them to 9999 HP).
