Some call it floating the balloon or taking the dog for a walk. In any case it is a matter of tentatively putting your ideas in the public for others to respond to. This test is needed to modify the message to a place of palatability and acceptance. What messages have you tested, included and repeated for those you lead?  Where do those messages lead? Is it a prediction or a plan? Do you know? That’s what it means to lead the narrative.” J Loren Norris
