BEFORE Buck Angel would take home an AVN award for Trans Performer Of The Year in 2007.
BEFORE BUCK began experimenting with hormone replacement therapy and underwent chest augmentation surgery.
BEFORE BUCK ANGEL appeared in Cirque Noir, and became the first trans man to be featured in an all-male film.
BEFORE BUCK would appear on the Joe Rogan Show, Howard Stern Show, The Tyra Banks Show, Spike TV and now Before They Were Famous.
BEFORE BUCK had pervert tattooed on the back of his body. Although a lot of people think it reads perfect.

Buck Angel was actually born Susan and realized extremely young that she identified as a he. Buck’s family were about as far from understanding forcing their daughter into therapy and were even considering institutionalization. In attempt to get on with life and fit it, Susan even found work as a female model but was still in turmoil and dealt with his depression through drink and drugs. After an attempted drug overdose on pills Buck made the decision that he would undergo a gender change to make the outside match what he felt on the inside. From their he was overwhelmed with confidence and had a new lease on life. Suddenly a light bulp went off above Buck’s head – there are no Male Trans performers in P0RN but again it would be another uphill battle.

Today Buck Angel has turned his focus towards educating the public about human interaction and sitting down with male-identified trans and gender non-conforming people to share his story.
