Founder of Keep6ix, Richard Miller, on Bill C-21

Richard Miller is the Founder of Keep6ix and a driven community leader, dedicated to assisting underserved youth. It is his passion to bring healing to individuals who have been through traumatic experiences, by ensuring resources and programming are available to prevent incarceration.

Mr. Miller shared his personal experience while speaking at the public safety committee regarding Bill C-21, on February 15, 2022, and told committee that it wasn't legal firearm ownership that was the problem, but a clear lack of resources, employment and education available to youth in urban areas.
