I tried Shilajit for two weeks to see if the claims about Shilajit were true, is Shilajit legit? And to also try and answer the question, does Shilajit work? What is Shilajit and how to use it?

I wanted to look at the benefits of shilajit to see if shilajit works as a supplement for better focus, concentration, and energy. There are also claims that shilajit boosts testosterone naturally and is used by some as a men's health supplement. I'm going to see what all this is about.

A viewer actually messaged me and suggested that I look into Shilajit. I hadn’t even heard of it before. The first thing you’ll notice about shilajit is that it’s a thick black substance or resin with quite a strong smell, that’s meant to be ingested.
