Playmates Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles classic Michelangelo with storage shell

Today we open a Michelangelo storage shell turtle. This is the greatest, highest quality, classic tmnt figure I have ever opened from playmates. While the articulation is more limited than usual the figure is painted properly and looks great. There are no lumps or missing chunks out of the figure from old molds or dirty molds or damaged molds or whatever causes it on some of the past released. The shell snaps in perfectly the hinge is nice and tight not wobbly or off center. Because the shell opens the belt is a part of the figure. The belt looks great. Unfortunately the belt only has three loops on the back so you can only put one nunchuck in the loops the way it was designed to be done in the classic figures. The highlight of this figure is the weapons. They finally fixed the weapons! They made them rubbery. No more stress marks in mikey's chucks! Get these storage shell figures while you can. At $9.97 these are the best thing playmates had done in decades. I hope they make some villains with this kind of quality instead of just releasing turtles over and over.
