Before he inked his first label deal with Bad Boy’s Sean Diddy Combs.
Before he had a cult following of kids – including young girls getting tatted with his album titles all over their bodies.
Before he was linked to getting it on with Amber Rose.

Machine Gun Kelly travelled the world with his missionary parents till mom left him with his short-tempered father. He grew up in Denver and later Cleveland and was bullied in school with few friends, at 10 he became obsessed with ras and began putting together his own mix tapes. After a scuffle with his drunken father MGK was out on the streets for some time – on the brink of being homeless he gambled hard and signed up for Apollo’s Theatre Amateur Night competition where he came in first place,
from there he started making moves as the next big white kid of rap.

Richard Colson Baker was born on April 22, 1990[5] in Houston, Texas, to missionary parents with whom he would travel the world touching down in Germany, Egypt, Chicago before settling in Denver for some time where he attended Hamilton Middle School.

When Kelly was nine, his mother ran off with a college professor she'd been scr*wing for some time. So he was stuck with his dad and his aunt. Kelly referred to his father as a miserable son of a b$tch – whose temper would overflow over the simplest things.

At school things didn’t get much better for MGK, he was relentlessly bullied by his classmates and the kids in his neighborhood. At the age of 10 he discovered his love of rap with his early favorites being DMX, Eminem and Ludacris.
