Before Markiplier raised close to a Million dollars for various charities.
Before he would become BFF’s with both PewDiePie and JackSepticEye.
Before he would prove to the world that he had the best ‘Voice on YouTube.’

Mark or Markiplier as he is referred to by his fans is one of the most watched gaming YouTubers in the world! As a kid growing up in Honaluloo Mark dreamt of becoming a video game developer but a family tr*gedy forced him to think more practical. After watching any of his videos you would be shocked to learn that he has dealt with quite a bit in his life already, including witnessing the passing of his father when he was young and nearly died himself.

Mark Edward Fischbach was born on June 28, 1989 in O’ahu (ooo AH who) on a military base.

His father was a career army man and was in the army for 23 years before he retired. His mother is a woman of Korean ethnicity whose Mark’s father had met while stationed abroad. - After Mark was born his father retired from the army and took up the job working for a book company and they relocated to Cincinnati, Ohio.

Some of his earliest memories of gaming involved the family computer and a super Nintendo system that his brother Tom got for Christmas.

Mark stated that he used the vieogames as bonding time with his older brother and also as an escape from his dysfunctional home life.
