PMAA One-Steps with finish Hands 09

We wanted to experiment with adding things to our standard one-step sparring techniques. Whether or not you enjoy practicing one-steps or even see it as practical from a self-defense perspective. Adding on 'finishing techniques' to what we call Il Soo Sik Dae Ryun, certainly made them more interesting and forced us to think about what can be 'next'.
