Total garbage part of the current method of teaching people to communicate this way; people cannot even control their thoughts, much less vomit them out upon the people they are around… ☹ Honestly, Maybe the best Policy but full disclosure of every thought and feeling???? A Resounding NO must be corrected as there is etiquette to communicating and even more so in relationships.
