Most of the time we tune to E-A-D-G-B-E but Peterson has created several presets that manipulate the pitches slightly. In this video, I'll record the same passage 3 different ways, Equal Temperament (Most common), Sweetened (Peterson's recommendation), and the James Taylor artist tuning (My personal favorite).
