Higher Light Decree: Clearing Negative Portals/Seals, False Light and Dark Interference.

At this time of ascension much is being revealed of the old 3D world that can and needs to be cleared, closed, neutralised and/or transformed. We are at the peak of the tussle between light and dark forces for the soul of humanity. In order to align with a higher frequency timeline that leads to the New 5D Earth we must release everything that binds us to the old 3D world.
