About Today's Guests: Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend
Dr. Henry Cloud is an acclaimed leadership expert, speaker, psychologist, and accomplished author. He is a frequent contributor to CNN, Fox News Channel, and other national media outlets. In his leadership consulting practice, he works with Fortune 500 companies and smaller private businesses alike. Dr. Cloud is a graduate of Southern Methodist University, with a B.S. in psychology. He completed his Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Biola University, and his clinical internship at Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health. Dr. Cloud lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Tori, and their two daughters, Olivia and Lucy.

Dr. John Townsend is a business consultant, leadership coach and psychologist. Dr. Townsend has also written or co-written 30 books, including the New York Times best-selling "Boundaries" series, "Leadership Beyond Reason," and "Handling Difficult People." For more than twenty years, he has engaged with leaders, organizations and individuals around the globe. In addition to being a thought leader, coach and speaker, John spends much of his time helping to develop others through the Townsend Leadership Program, and the Townsend Institute for Leadership and Counseling. Dr. Townsend and his wife, Barbi, have two sons, and live in Newport Beach, CA.
