Quick Chicken Chili

chili ground chicken lunch dinner topping snack recipe cooking quick onion sweet bell peppers green olives cumin cayenne pinto beans V8 juice tomato pasta sauce

Makes about 5 cups of chili.
1 lb ground chicken (just as good with any ground meat)
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped sweet bell pepper
15 green olives cut in halves
2 small cans original V8 juice (11 OZ total juice)
1 cup favorite can or jar tomato or pasta sauce
1 can no salt pinto beans drained (15.5 OZ)
Salt, pepper, garlic powder, ground cayenne pepper and cumin to taste.
