Octopath Traveler 2 - Looting Winterbloom

In order to progress Castti and Throne, we need to head to a new city. A trend you will notice as we get further in is that it will take me less and less time to loot places going forward as Throne and Agnea will be better at getting items and Temenos will have more tools to break people more quickly. On that topic, you can find the Scholar job on the way here, which is part of the Temenos setup. I will spec for using it, but it will be a very long time until my hand is forced into doing it as most enemies are either weak to staff or elements he has access to, or just have few enough shield points to where I can boost and latent with my staff.
