This video documentary is about how the program is a global social engineering and intelligence operation, which has been specifically designed to incrementally implement technocratic authoritarianism all over the Western world, furthermore how they’re using me Stephen Bell as the bogeyman pretext, to build all of their fabricated propaganda narratives around, without me personally having any or real involvement, in the daily propaganda narratives that are being broadcasted to the world, how they have implemented the targeted individual program publicly, and in this regard using all kinds of advanced electromagnetic technologies and weapons systems, like synthetic telepathy, their constant use of psychological operations against the public, as if the public was a targeted enemy population, in a wartime setting! how they are outright setting me up to be a sex criminal! in public completely extrajudicially, literally by blaming me for their broadcasts, and creations of virtual movie fabrications, how are entire societies and court systems, are been utterly corrupted by the intelligence agencies, all in an effort to gain absolute power and control over the populations, as the Western powers and especially United States is losing its global dominance in the world to China and the coalition that is occurring with other nations like Russia, India and Iran and other bricks countries, who have had enough of the Western New World order.
