Test drive in 1999 4.6L 2wd f150 after longtubes

Just slapped my long tubes on my f150.

eBay/Amazon/obx stainless ones.
Some people said it’s not that bad…
Mine were an absolute bitch.

Passenger side motor mount overlaps the lower 2 nuts, and took installing each stud one at a time.
The starter also wouldn’t fit so I bought a power master one that was clockable.

Learned about o2 defoulers (in communist states, look for spark plug defoulers to drill Out)

At least it’s in and functional now.
I was feeling pretty defeated the last week.

At least the sound seems to be worth it, hopefully the video does it justice!
