Sundays meal!!!! I ate every bite of it too!

Recipe:
-This is purely base on my taste, feel free to change the ratios to your liking!

1 - Warm 1 c. heavy cream in small pot
2 - Stir for 5-10 minutes until very warm, adding 2-3 tablespoons of butter 1/2 way through warming the heavy cream.
3 - Add 1/2 c. gorgonzola, use stick blender to mix. Taste test, add 1/4 c. - 1/2 c. additional gorgonzola, mix with blender stick.
4 - Remove from heat, stir additional 5 minutes to cool, allow to sit for another 5-10 minutes to thicken (NOT necessary but it will thick quite a bit as it cools) .
5 - ENJOY!
