Kyle Petty Fires Shot at Ryan Blaney and Says Team Penske Driver Hasn't Lived Up to Potential

Ryan Blaney hasn't had the best start to the 2023 season with a single top-10 finish in three races. However, throughout his Cup Series career, the Team Penske driver has been a model of consistency, finishing inside the top 10 in the season's final standings the last six years.

Last year, the first in the Next Gen car, he finished eighth, which included a dozen top-5 finishes. Unfortunately, none of those results were trips to Victory Lane.

With a somewhat slow start this year, Kyle Petty talked about Blaney on the NASCAR on NBC Podcast this week, and didn't sugarcoat his thoughts on the 29-year-old driver, comparing him to Kasey Kahne and saying "he never does anything" and hasn't lived up to his potential. Is Petty right?
