Mike Joy Insults NASCAR Viewers and Is Another Reason Fans Are Frustrated With Fox's Coverage

Mike Joy has impressively been reporting on NASCAR for decades. He's covered more than 40 Daytona 500s. He's also active on social media and often responds to fans.

He has been on the defensive since the season opener at Daytona when fans criticized the network for airing too many commercials during the broadcast. This past weekend at Phoenix, the 73-year-old changed his approach and went on the offense when he openly insulted certain viewers watching the broadcast.

Unfortunately, Joy's move isn't surprising and it fits with Fox's overall coverage and why so many fans have expressed frustration with it for years.
