Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch Not Happy With NASCAR About Multiple Changes in 2023

Kevin Harvick and Kyle Busch will both be remembered years from now for their many impressive on-track accomplishments. However, that's not all fans will remember.

Both drivers have been outspoken throughout their Hall of Fame-worthy careers, taking aim at other drivers, fans, and NASCAR. This week before Phoenix, both champions had the sanctioning body directly in their crosshairs and candidly expressed how they weren't happy with multiple changes made for the 2023 Cup Series season.
