What would you do?!
A dominant or amorous bull grazing in the field suddenly gets startled by a realtor showing the pasture! Is he nice?! Is he just curious?! Is he protecting his cows and his territory?! You just don’t know!!
As a realtor it’s always important to call the other agent first before heading over to a property to show just to make sure it’s safe to see…and that all potential hazards are put away (aka…Ferdinand the Bull!).
