Building new Bengals stadium isn't completely out of question in Cincinnati

In May of last year, an assessment found it could cost more than $493 million to fix things like steel rails and ramps, replace seats and upgrade electric and plumbing systems. The master plan has not been released, but Hamilton County Commissioners said building a new stadium isn't out of the picture.
