BREAKING: 2nd Judge Rules on Cannabis and Firearms

Another Federal judge rejects the Department of Justice's argument that cannabis consumers have no second amendment rights.

US District Judge in Texas, Kathleen Cardone was unimpressed by the Biden administration's argument that marijuana users are too dangerous to own guns citing New York State Rifle & Pistol Association v. Bruen.

In February, 2023 case United States v. Rahami, the 5th Circuit concluded that Bruen required it to reconsider decisions on federal ban and gun possession.

US District Judge Patrick Wyrick deemed the ban unconstitutional in an Oklahoma case.
