FedEx driver speeding - 04/11/23

We live in a 55 and up community. A quiet community. There are seniors walking their dogs here. There is wildlife here. Quail families and rabbits crossing the street, feral cats. Everyone in our community respects out 15 MPH speed limit. I saw from my window a FedEx driver c driving way over 40 MPH and caught it on our security camera. They drive like this all the time and nothing is or has been done.
