Fractals in Nature & the Body: Healers and Teachers

A general definition of a fractal is a pattern that repeats over and over across many scales. In space, on Earth, and in the body, there are many fractals. It is an age-old belief that our world is a smaller scale of a bigger world. This has been thought to apply to the body all the way down to its cells. These patterns give us clues about many things. For example, in the video, I talk about lungs looking just like trees. What can be learned from that? What is obvious about it? I talk about this as well as the feet and the eyes being fractals of the entire body and how anyone can use them to look inside of the body and treat it all by yourself.
