Monica has a business education degree with a background in sales in the beauty industry, where she managed 100's employees for luxury retailers, such as Saks Fifth Avenue, Bloomingdales, and others. She realized that her true calling was to start and grow Montessori schools. She accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior, which has changed every aspect of her life.
