One of my favorite books is Up From Slavery by Booker T Washington. Fair to call him one of my idols. Truly humble and grateful. We want the Desired Result so fast! Lose weight or improve your gut health or improve your physical appearance or longevity or etc! The process of getting there takes time, awareness, discipline, support, positive environment, repetition, and motivation. The PROCESS is the most valuable tool because that is where the behavior change becomes a habit, the goal is achieved, and then the maintenance phase becomes so much easier.
