Brioche bread with chocolate.

This brioche bread have a delicious flavor.
Very comment in a lot of deferent nation with the name of easter bread.

Ingredients: For 2 brioche.
3/4 cup of sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup regular butter or fytini butter
1/4 cup of milk
3/4 cup room temperature water
2 eggs
1/2 tea spoon Mahlep
1/2 tea spoon Mastic Gum
1/2 tea spoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 table spoon dry yeast
1/2 orange zest
2 egg yolk for topping with a brush

Chocolate topping if want it
150 gr bakers chocolate
